Но вот по теме - не вижу я никаких косяков в конфиге то. Почему стол не видит - непонятно.

Когда перегоняют оси x и y в ноль, при срабатывании концевиков на дисплее пишет Homing fail Printer Halted Please reset. Как это исправить?

Значит что то не то с парковкой. Или не тот концевик сработал, что ожидалось, или время на парковку истекло. Это в старой прошивке принтер будет биться головой о стену, пока или не запаркуется или его не выключить. А в новой стоит защита от дурака - если что то идет не по плану, принтер блочится.

Взял принтер hero101 переделал движки на nemo17 экструдер титан хотенд ev6, материнка рампс + мега, дравера a4988, прошивка marlin 2.0. В прошивке включен G33 G29 AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR. Стол заменил на алюминиевый датчик z-min сопло касание к столу. Точность датчика 0.024.
По G29 таблица строится M420 S1 Z3 при печати выставляю, но не могу напечатать первый слой, идет искажение и PLA не липнет к столу, на столе использую клеющий карандаш ерик краузе. Если нанести большой слой то с натяжкой печать можно получить. При печати юбки идет не равномерность.Калибровка стола идет по 7х7 точкам, диаметр печати всего 100мм. Экструдер откалибровал +-1мм погрешность на 200мм. Скорость печати 30. Блок питания 12в 20А, на выходе 30 000 мкф - не может просаживаться. Сопло за место уплотнителя закручено на фольгу, датчик температуры тоже в уплотнителе фольга. Концевики механические с подтяжкой и конденсатором. Драйвера с воздушным охлаждением.Башни снабжены ребрами жесткости. Эффектор сделан из 12мм фанеры. Геометрия по G33 внесена в прошивку. Стол жеско закреплен болтами в потай. Сам стол сделан из сковороды. Плоскость стола выравнивал на стекле. Бюсь уже 3 неделю ничего не помогает.

101 хер - это жесть, а не принтер :) Хлипкая, глючная дельта с низкой скоростью и дикими люфтами. Был опыт, ну его нафиг, такие "принтеры".

Я использовал без переделок. Печатал PLA, на стекло клеил малярный скотч встык. Толщину первого слоя регулировал штатными винтами. Печатало, конечно, но из-за люфта тяг качество было отвратительным. Мне кажется, что надо с него всё ценное снять, остальное выкинуть и сделать нормальный принтер. Дельта, а тем более такая как 101 хер - это адский гемор, на который даже время тратить жалко, и предсказуемый результат не получить.

Всем привет. Решил попробовать прошивку Marlin 2.0 на плате MKS sBase v1.3. Настроил прошивку под принтер, настроил в файле platfomio.ini env_default на LPC1768, прошивка собралась, получил файл firmware.bin, закинул на флешку и прошил плату. При прошивке мигали светодиоды D1-4 какие то, точно не обратил внимания. После загорелся D7 и замигал D1 (возможно D2, не обратил внимание), но именно замигал с частотой около 0,5-1 герца. Опустим подробности, что индикатор MKS TFT32 не принимает и не передает данные с/на плату, пока грешу на неправильный файл PINS_SBASE_BOARD если память не изменяет он так называется. В configuration.h марлина выставлена конечно же sBase. Ладно индикатор не работает, думаю по USB попробую, надо же как то проверить пины верно указаны или нет. Вижу в диспетчере устройств Marlin USB Device и это устройство без драйверов, найти драйвера так и не удалось. Соответственно что это за устройство Marlin USB Device и где найти на него драйвера??? Возможно в конфиге марлина это выставляется? По идее это должно быть CDC устройство, т.е. виртуальный ком порт. Судя по тому, что устройство отображается в диспетчере, но без драйверов, возможно марлин настроил по дефолту как какое то USB устройство требующее установки своих драйверов от марлина, но ничего подобного на marlinfw.org я не нашел... Да и на прошивке смузи, плата в диспетчере висит как виртуальный ком порт и отлично через него работает.
На MKS Gen L спецом настроил марлин 2.0, тут плата по дефолту определяется как виртуальный ком порт...
P.S. Возможно чтобы заработал индикатор нужно просто правильно настроить SERIAL_PORT_2. Хотя еще не пробовал.
P.P.S. Преобразовалки USB-UART на этой плате судя по всему нет, D+ и D- по сути подключены прямо на контроллер к аппаратному модулю USB, так что получается что прошивка целиком и полностью рулит USB.
Купил себе танк и никого больше не жалею.

Фух. Опять пришлось быть первопроходцем... Нашел таки драйвер. Как ни странно находился он под самым носом, только вот посмотреть сюда догадался не сразу \Marlin-bugfix-2.0.x\Marlin\src\HAL\HAL_LPC1768\win_usb_driver. Почему то нигде никаких упоминаний об этом нет.
Купил себе танк и никого больше не жалею.
