Вот мне пришли мозги, но многое в пути ещё. Как мне их проверить, все ли норм.

Настраивайте прошивку Марлин и заливайте. Отключите для начала все датчики, которых нет.

1) подцепите по USB и попробуйте подключиться программой Pronterface, если ответ будет, значит как минимум USB и процессор работают.
2) Если есть моторы до подключите их и опять же из pronterface попробуйте понажимать стрелочки XY.
3) Если есть дисплей опять подключайте и смотрите. но для дисплея Marlin нужно настроить.
Печатаю на FastMaker(HBOT, композитный корпус, MKS Gen v1.3, тихие моторы 42BYGHM809, Volcano 0.4, 200х200х300)

воблин, надо мне тоже электронику с движками проверить, пока принтер не собран...
Если кто скинет конфиг прошивки для проверки со всем отключенным... то буду премного благодарен.
Понятно, что можно самому настроить, но вдруг у кого есть. Может вообще отдельную тему завести, типа "проверка комплектующих без сборки принтера", где опытные люди бы расписали, что как подключать и проверять)
Впрочем, как подключать, оно понятно. А вот конфиг того же марлина типовой очень бы пригодился...
Печатаю на Wanhao Duplicator i3, подумываю собрать H-bot.

Давайте смотреть по порядку Configuration.h

RAMPS 1.4 уже установлена

Отключаем все термисторы. Ставим "0"
#define TEMP_SENSOR_0 0

Чтобы крутился двигатель экструдера нужно закомментировать эту строку
//#define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 170

Дальше идут концевики, направления вращения двигателей, ограничение габаритов перемещений, скорости, ускорения, калибровка перемещений и подключение дисплея.

угу, т.е. "дальше" нас для проверки электроники и движков не интересует?
попробую на выходных затестить....
Печатаю на Wanhao Duplicator i3, подумываю собрать H-bot.

Концевики если не подключены, то есть вероятность, что они тоже будут "типо" срабатывать и движки не будут бегать - соответсвующее сообщение будет появляться (их нужно просто инвертировать)

Мне этот вариант не помог! Я последнюю версию прошивки качал на тот момент... и если я все термисторы ставил в "0", то при компиляции выдавалась ошибка.
Вышел из положения след.образом...
оставил термистор только на голове в параметр = 1, а все остальное - 0
и еще в коде где-то есть параметр минимальной температуры... так их я выставил по нулям...
Только после этого заработало без физического подключения термисторов...

У меня тут параметр = 0
А вот строчка //#define PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE закомментирована именно с этой целью.

По выдавливанию.
Есть команда М202 которая разрешает холодное выдавливание.

Ниже конфиг с которым вся механика работает и даже печатать пытается :) без пластика, нагрева, и т.д.... короче просто эмулирует печать дергая движками... (я так проверял механику)

Единственный момент... как и писал выше... мозги могут думать, то концевики подключены и они сработали... по настройке где-то видел статью вроде... (вкратце командой М119 узнаем какой концевик сработал - ищем в прошивке этот концевик ENDSTOP_INVERTING и меняем его значение)

Еще забыл написать... если будешь запускать эмуляцию печать, то в самой куре в начало кода и в конец добавляется поиск положения нуля... т.е. принтер сначала поедет к концевикам, а только потом начнет печатать

Мне тут драйверы пришли 8825. И я хочу моторы проверить :)

В начале по статье подключаю все к РАМПС. Ось Х левый двигатель, если смотреть спереди ? Под ним это экструдер, справа У и внизу Z, так ?
Потом надо настраивать драйвера ? А потом уже в Pronterface можно пробовать движки запускать? Такой порядок действий ? :)

Ах да, и питание надо к рампс обязательно к двум клемникам подводить, если через них подключать ?

на рампс два раъёма для питания один для самого рампса и экструдера(нагревателя) и один на нагревательный стол

з.ы. на англоязычных форумах рекомендуют не вставлять вычислительные формулы если они ни от чего не зависят.

После вашего ответа вопросов появилось еще больше :)))
Так я на платке выставляю 1/16, чтобы в коде не менять ничего. Мне пока хочется чтоб они просто загудели :))) а то срок подтверждения заканчивается. Так что буду считать, что надо только движки местами поменять.

значит к двум надо подводить :) но для движков можно и к одному.
